In mid-May, our technical team travelled to Kiel to take delivery of the ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) from our partner ORCAN. This strategic module is destined for our future power plant ordered by a customer for a site in the South-West of France.
🧩 This demonstrator is a first in France: a CSR (Solid Recovered Fuel) unit with a thermal capacity of 1 MW and an electrical capacity of 100 kW. The aim? To produce green, local, low-carbon energy from CSR carefully prepared by our customer to avoid landfilling waste.
🔧 The plant's various modules are currently being delivered. Our teams are hard at work assembling everything on site, with start-up scheduled for this summer.
This project illustrates our commitment to speeding up the energy transition by converting waste into clean energy locally.
