  Why did you join MGP ? 
  
  "After working for several years in major French and international industrial groups, I wanted to join a human-scale organisation where we are involved in our day-to-day lives. I also wanted to be part of an innovative and ambitious project in line with my human values of sharing and my conviction that the environmental transition will be achieved through the actions we take every day".

  What motivates you most in your work ?
  
  "Every morning, we meet up with a team that is fully committed to its missions, while maintaining a very constructive human relationship. 

  What would you say to those interested in joining MGP ?
  
  "Joining MGP means wanting to answer the question "why do I get up every morning" and finding the answer.

  Why did you join MGP ? 
  
  After a career in several major groups in the energy sector, I wanted to join a team on a human scale and to give greater meaning to my personal investment, which is the case at MGP.

  What motivates you most in your work ?
  
  To be convinced every day that we are taking action against climate change through the energy decarbonisation projects supported by the MGP.

   What would you say to those interested in joining MGP ?
  
  Joining MGP means joining a company that gives meaning to its work, but it's also a team in the making, and each new recruit makes his or her own contribution to this construction.
