We are currently seeking a multidisciplinary R&D Manager to join our dynamic team in Hyères (83).
As an R&D Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate activities in thermal processes, structural mechanics, electrical/instrumentation, and automation on projects that have a positive impact on the environment. You will work closely with the Technical Director to develop and shape the principles underpinning our unique processes.
You will interface with the Director of Operations responsible for the Production Division to coordinate the delivery of engineering documents to commercial or R&D projects. You will support each discipline manager in implementing the doctrines and oversee the ISO 9001 process that corresponds to the responsibilities of the Engineering Department.
We are looking for a candidate with a successful track record in a similar position (minimum of 10 years), adaptability, and flexibility to work in a startup environment. Fluent English is required.
