Last night, Mini Green Power attended the Happy Trainees / ChooseMyCompany party 🎉
A big thank you to the ChooseMyCompany teams for organising this event and for this initiative, which is making a real difference to young people's experience in the workplace.
Why it's important to us
For our first time participating, this highlight is fully in line with who we are: a mission-driven company that places commitment, knowledge sharing and impact at the heart of its trajectory.
What the label measures (and what we take away from it)
Happy Trainees highlights organisations where interns, work-study students and VIE participants report being the most motivated and fulfilled — based on their own opinions.
This year, we were not awarded the label, simply because we did not have the required number of interns/work-study students.
Nevertheless, the approach is valuable: it allows us to listen, measure and define concrete areas for improvement to enhance the "young talent" experience at MGP.
Giving young people a voice, a mission requirement
At Mini Green Power, giving young people a voice is not a communication exercise: it is a condition for success. Welcoming, training, empowering and developing talent is essential to meet the challenges ahead — energy transition, industrialisation, innovation... and AI.
We leave this evening with a renewed conviction: our mission is also built on the quality of the experience we offer to those who join us.
