HTVD 2025: a significant milestone for Mini Green Power in Germany

On 14 and 15 October 2025, Mini Green Power had the privilege of participating in HighTech Venture Days in Dresden, Germany, a major European event dedicated to industrial hardware innovations and energy transition. This unmissable event brings together deep tech start-ups, investors, manufacturers and institutional players every year with a common goal: to promote technological innovation for a more sustainable future.

Created more than ten years ago, the HighTech Venture Days (HTVD) programme is recognised as one of the most important European events for financing and networking between young industrial companies and investment funds. It provides a unique platform for high-potential companies developing tangible technologies – mechanical, energy, robotic, environmental or industrial – and seeking partners capable of supporting their international growth.

A key moment for our international development

For Mini Green Power, participating in the 2025 edition was much more than just a showcase: it was an opportunity to fully enter the German innovation ecosystem. Indeed, Germany, with its dense industrial fabric and commitment to decarbonisation, is a key territory for the deployment of our Mini Green Power Plants®. These modular and compact units transform green waste or agricultural residues into local, circular and low-carbon energy, while producing biochar, a true natural carbon sink.

During these two days, our team had the opportunity to present our solutions to cleantech investors, infrastructure funds, industrial players and institutional representatives. These discussions generated keen interest in our development projects in the German market, where energy independence and the valorisation of local resources are becoming strategic priorities.

Meetings, discussions and prospects

Beyond the scheduled meetings, HTVD 2025 enabled us to expand our network and gain a better understanding of the expectations of European partners in the field of renewable energies. In particular, we were able to talk to several major players in the biomass and decarbonised energy sector who are interested in our solutions for producing heat and electricity from local resources.

These meetings also provided an opportunity to discuss co-innovation topics: integrating our power plants into multi-energy projects, using biochar in German agricultural soils, and exploiting waste heat from our processes for industrial applications. All of these avenues open the way to new technical and commercial partnerships.

A German presence taking shape

The event also marked an important milestone in the structuring of our presence in Germany. Thanks to our office in Leipzig, Mini Green Power is closer to regional innovation ecosystems such as IoSAX and Energy Saxony, which promote synergies between businesses, universities and energy clusters. This local presence allows us to be closer to market needs and to develop lasting collaborations with players in the German energy transition.

Towards new collaborations

The discussions held in Dresden now pave the way for long-term industrial and technological cooperation, supported by committed European partners. They confirm a fundamental trend: the search for local, reliable and scalable solutions to produce clean and controlled energy. Mini Green Power's mini power plants are fully in line with this dynamic, combining innovation, profitability and positive environmental impact.

Acknowledgements and outlook

Mini Green Power would like to warmly thank the organisers of the HighTech Venture Days for the quality of the meetings and the excellent organisation of this event, as well as all the participants for their interest and constructive exchanges. This type of initiative is essential to accelerate the transition from technology to action and build bridges between entrepreneurs and investors in the energy transition.

Mini Green Power's German adventure is just beginning. The prospects opened up by this participation reinforce our conviction that the future of sustainable energy will be built locally, thanks to useful and replicable technologies.
