Mini Green Power at BIOKET 2026: setting its sights on the Swiss market

The bioeconomy will not be built on intentions alone: it relies on industrializable technologies capable of transforming biomass into concrete, robust solutions that can be deployed on an industrial and regional scale. In this context, Mini Green Power will participate in BIOKET 2026 in Fribourg, Switzerland, from March 17 to 19, 2026, under the theme “BIOeconomy Key Enabling Technologies.”
This event is a major gathering for stakeholders who develop processes, technologies, and solutions to add value to biomass and accelerate the transition to circular and low-carbon models.

BIOKET: an event at the heart of key bioeconomy technologies

BIOKET brings together an international ecosystem—industrialists, solution providers, researchers, investors, and public decision-makers—around processes and key technologies applied to the bioeconomy. The event stands out for its B2B dimension: targeted exchanges, qualified meetings, and visibility on emerging innovations and ongoing projects.
For a company like Mini Green Power, whose goal is to make energy recovery operational and deployable, BIOKET is a particularly relevant setting: the issues are concrete, industrial, and implementation-oriented.

Why Mini Green Power is attending BIOKET 2026

Mini Green Power is developing expertise focused on biomass energy recovery, with a pragmatic approach: local solutions, designed to integrate with the real constraints of industrial sites and territories.

Our solutions are aimed in particular at:

  • the production of heat useful for processes (process heat),
  • and, depending on the configurations and needs, the production of electricity,
  • as well as complementary components such as drying, when this constitutes a lever for performance and reliability.

The objective: to contribute to credible decarbonization trajectories by transforming locally available biomass resources into useful energy that is integrated and exploited over the long term.

Our priorities during BIOKET 2026

Our presence at BIOKET 2026 responds to three very concrete priorities.

1) Meeting with manufacturers and identifying needs in the field
We want to talk with manufacturers to better identify the needs and constraints related to biomass energy recovery:
heat consumption profiles (temperatures, continuity of service, seasonality),
integration into existing systems (utilities, space, operation),
types of available resources (co-products, residues, wet biomass, variable flows),
expectations in terms of operational performance, maintenance, and safety.
These discussions enable us to quickly identify the conditions necessary for successful deployment.

2) Discovering key innovations and technologies in the bioeconomy
BIOKET is also an opportunity for structured monitoring: understanding trends, identifying relevant technologies, and identifying partners capable of accelerating implementation (engineering, integration, instrumentation, automation, fuel preparation, etc.).
The goal is to strengthen our technical roadmap and our ability to offer reliable solutions that are aligned with industrial requirements.

3) Meet investors and players in the ecosystem
We also want to engage with investors and players involved in the bioeconomy in order to support the acceleration and expansion of our activities. The development of local energy projects relies on investment and deployment cycles that require alignment, clarity, and the ability to scale up.

These meetings aim to consolidate conditions favorable to structured growth.

A clear objective: to position ourselves on the Swiss and Franco-Swiss market

BIOKET 2026 in Switzerland is fully in line with our ambition: to consolidate our position on the Swiss market and develop Franco-Swiss opportunities, as close as possible to industrial basins and exploitable deposits.
Switzerland and the border areas offer particularly interesting contexts: industrial density, high environmental and operational requirements, and a growing desire to secure local, low-carbon energy supplies.
