RESULTS OF THE MINI GREEN POWER SHAREHOLDER SURVEY: 72.7% SATISFACTION AND A CLEAR DIRECTION

In January and February 2026, Mini Green Power conducted a survey of all its investors in order to assess, in a structured manner, the quality of shareholder relations, perceptions of our governance, and confidence in our value creation trajectory.

The result: 72.7% of respondents were favorable overall, with a high participation rate (103 out of 160 respondents, or 64.4%). Beyond the figures, this survey sets a course of action: to consolidate our strengths (transparency, impact, quality of information) and accelerate on the expectations expressed (value creation, governance, listening and clarity of outlook).

A STRUCTURED APPROACH, SUPPORTED BY HIGH PARTICIPATION

The survey was conducted from January 23, 2026, to February 13, 2026, via the ShareholdersIndex® (ChooseMyCompany) database, based on anonymous opinions.

  • Participation: 64.4% (103 respondents / 160 investors solicited)
  • ShareholdersIndex® Global: 72.7% favorable opinions
  • Recommendation rate: 57.3% (recommend to a friend to become an investor)

This participation is a strong signal: our investors want to contribute, challenge, and build a lasting, transparent, and demanding relationship with us.

KEY RESULTS AT A GLANCE

The survey assesses several key aspects of the shareholder relationship. Here are the summary scores:

  • Sustainable development: 86.7%
  • Relationship: 76.1%
  • Value creation: 70.2%
  • Governance: 57.6%

These results confirm a solid foundation: support for our mission and an investor relationship that is generally considered to be of high quality. They also point to clear areas for improvement, which we are committed to addressing.

1. What our investors appreciate: transparency, impact, trust

Transparency and quality of information: a relationship deemed useful

The "relationship" dimension scores 76.1%. Several items illustrate this dynamic:

  • Level of information provided: 81.6%
  • Quality of information: 80.6%
  • Letter to investors meeting expectations: 85.4%
  • Frequency of letters sent: 84.5%
  • The information is perceived as regular, structured, and useful. This is an essential point, as shareholder confidence is built first and foremost on transparency.

Environmental and societal impact: the main driver of engagement

Sustainable development is the highest-rated dimension, with 86.7% of respondents expressing a favorable opinion.

  • Environmental commitments: 91.3%
  • Social commitments: 84.5%
  • Most importantly, 73.8% of respondents indicate that societal and environmental engagement is the main reason for their investment.

This result validates a core belief: impact is not a "plus." It is a driving force behind choices, a criterion for trust, and a marker of differentiation.

Confidence in the trajectory: adaptability and future value

Several indicators reinforce projected confidence:

  • Confidence in our ability to create value in the future: 80.6%
  • Mini Green Power's ability to adapt: 80.6%

The verbatim comments contain strong words: innovation, usefulness, resilience, proximity to the team, consistency of mission. This is a valuable relational asset—and a responsibility.

2. What the survey also tells us: our priority areas for improvement

A useful survey is one that helps us make decisions. The results highlight specific expectations that need to be addressed methodically.

Value creation: clarifying the trajectory and milestones

While the "value creation" dimension scores 70.2%, one indicator stands out as a major point of concern: 49.5% value creation since the capital investment.

This result calls for a clear response: improve the clarity of the trajectory (milestones, indicators, long-term logic) and strengthen education on value creation over time.

Governance: improve clarity, balance, and representation

The "governance" dimension is the one that requires the most attention (57.6%), with sensitive items:

  • Parity: 52.4%
  • Distribution of value among stakeholders: 57.3%
  • Balance of power: 63.1%

Governance is not just a framework: it is a marker of maturity and a key element of trust.

Listening to shareholders: intensifying the feedback loop

Another indicator opens up a very concrete avenue:

  • "I feel listened to as an investor": 66%

The expectation is clear: more interaction, structured responses, and a more visible feedback loop.

  • Financial visibility and liquidity: legitimate questions

The verbatim comments repeatedly express questions about:

  • the financial situation and cash flow,
  • liquidity and exit mechanisms,
  • the stability of choices and timelines.

These questions are legitimate. They must be addressed clearly, without promises, but with a more explicit communication framework.

OUR ACTION PLAN: TOOLS TO BETTER MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS

Following this survey, Mini Green Power will strengthen its information and communication systems in order to respond more directly to the questions raised and improve clarity over the long term.

Specifically, we will:

Better structure the sharing of information about our trajectory and key milestones, using more readable formats.

  • Enhance transparency on sensitive topics (finance, governance, outlook), with increased education.
  • Develop channels for listening and dialogue to facilitate questions and consolidate the feedback loop.
  • Clarify the practical information expected (particularly on liquidity aspects) through accessible and updated resources.

The objective is simple: to provide clear benchmarks at the right pace and make investor relations an effective and useful forum for exchange.

WHAT WE TAKE AWAY: A SOLID FOUNDATION OF TRUST, AN ASSUMED REQUIREMENT

This survey confirms a reality: our investors recognize the consistency of our mission, the quality of our environmental and social commitment, and the usefulness of our communication.

It also confirms a legitimate requirement: to make the value trajectory more transparent, to strengthen the transparency of governance, to accelerate listening, and to establish a clearer framework on liquidity issues.

This is precisely the objective of the action plan launched following this survey: to transform feedback into decisions, and decisions into evidence.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond. With a 64.4% participation rate, you are sending a strong signal. Your feedback helps us to steer with greater precision—and to build an investor relationship that meets your expectations.
